Parmesan Crusted Salmon
A savory and crispy Parmesan Crusted Salmon that’s quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a healthy and delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs preferably Panko
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon zest
- 4 wedges lemon for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and then press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet, covering it well.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
