Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
