Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets skin removed, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs plain or panko
- 1 unit egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 unit garlic clove minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
- 4 unit burger buns toasted
Instructions
