Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken with Couscous

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 lemons juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp thyme chopped, fresh
- 1 tbsp rosemary chopped, fresh
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
