Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with Greek seasoning on both sides.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub to coat evenly.
  • Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
  • Spread a thin layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  • Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
  • Divide the chicken, cucumber, red onion, tomato, kalamata olives, and feta cheese evenly among the tortillas.
  • Top with fresh parsley.
  • Fold the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
