Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with Greek seasoning on both sides.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub to coat evenly.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
