A delicious and nutritious green pea protein pasta packed with flavor and essential nutrients, perfect for a quick healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 100 grams green pea pasta can use regular or gluten free
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated, optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Instructions
- Boil the green pea pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss everything to combine.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
