Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams green pea pasta can use regular or gluten free
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated, optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boil the green pea pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss everything to combine.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Serve with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top.
