A delicious and nutritious Chicken & Spinach Protein Pasta dish packed with protein and flavor, perfect for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 200 grams chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 150 grams protein pasta or any pasta of choice
- 100 grams fresh spinach washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the protein pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet with the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until the spinach is wilted.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese before serving. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

IDK if tofu is the same as chicken. Maybe it won’t taste right? But you can try, I guess.
Tofu would be a great substitute! Just make sure to press it to get the water out, and it should taste good with the other ingredients. I’m all for plant-based meals!
