Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpeas canned, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, and tomatoes.
  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and garlic until well combined.
  • Pour the yogurt dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
