Dis didn’t work for me at all. It fell apart as soon as I took it out of the pan.

Why do we need so much ketchup? Just feels like a lot. Not sure about this.

  5. User avatar Misty White says:

I use a jar of Heinz Cocktail Sauce for my glaze and I only use half the jar for the glaze. The other half, I omit the 1/4 cup ketchup in the meat mixture and use the other half of the Heinz Cocktail sauce.

  6. That’s a great suggestion! 😊 We always love to hear alternatives to our recipes.

  7. 2 stars
I tried this recipe, but it fell apart when I sliced it. Maybe too many breadcrumbs? Not sure I’ll make it again.

I don’t know, I made it and mine turned out fine. Maybe you mixed it too much? Meatloaf needs a gentle touch!

    2. 4 stars
Sorry to hear that! Maybe use less breadcrumbs next time or add an egg for more binding? Might help it hold together better.

  8. User avatar syble.bayer65 says:

Sounds good but I don’t like worchestershire sauce. Can I leave it out?

Did you know meatloaf is actually a thing in other countries? I thought it was just an American thing, haha!

  31. 3 stars
Really? You call this easy? Took me forever to clean up after. It tasted ok, but my kids didn’t like it. 3 stars.

    1. 5 stars
I had a different experience. My kids loved this meatloaf! Maybe it’s all about customizing it to their tastes. Try adding some cheese next time?

    2. User avatar rhett.macejkovic72 says:

This meatloaf was a hit with my family! The glaze added the perfect touch. I didn’t have Worcestershire sauce, so I used soy sauce instead and it turned out great!

    1. User avatar Stephan Goyette says:

      5 stars
Awesome! I love hearing that substitutions can work out. Soy sauce is a clever twist!

    2. User avatar Mordekaiser says:

      2 stars
Meh, I don’t think soy sauce is a good replacement for Worcestershire. It sounds weird to me.

  36. User avatar Theodora Bauch says:

    4 stars
I use 3 eggs, not sure if that helped, but it was moist. Also, do I have to use Worcestershire sauce?

    1. User avatar dollie.romaguera says:

      5 stars
I always use 3 eggs too! Makes it super moist, plus Worcestershire is a must for the umami. Trust me!

    2. User avatar Vladimir Harkonnen says:

      2 stars
I think 3 eggs is way too much! My meatloaf was a flop with 3. The Worcestershire adds great flavor, you should definitely use it!

  37. 3 stars
I think this is more of a meatball than a meatloaf. 🤔

  38. User avatar antoinette.bartell79 says:

    3 stars
I don’t know, my meatloaf turned out a bit dry. Maybe I overcooked it?

  39. User avatar Dominic Vernius says:

    5 stars
Yum! Family loved it. Will make again for sure.

  40. User avatar tomi.harvey2015 says:

    3 stars
I forgot to put in the eggs. It was more like a meat mush but I ate it anyway. Still tasted kinda okay.

    1. User avatar yuki.kreiger34 says:

      4 stars
Hey, we all make mistakes! Glad it still tasted okay. Reminder for next time: eggs are pretty important in meatloaf.

  41. 3 stars
I dunno, meatloaf sounds kinda gross. I skipped the glazing part. Just used BBQ sauce instead. Still okay?

    1. User avatar mac.hagenes57 says:

      4 stars
Using BBQ sauce? That’s actually pretty clever! It’s not a traditional glaze, but if it tasted good to you, then who cares? Meatloaf can be whatever you want it to be!

  42. User avatar Spider Soldier says:

    2 stars
LOL, why is everyone so hyped about meatloaf? It’s just meat and bread. Missed the mark for me. 2/5.

    5 stars

  44. User avatar francis.carter says:

    4 stars
Gotta say, I don’t eat beef but my friend made it and it was delicious!

  45. User avatar alita.torphy45 says:

    2 stars
I had high hopes, but it turned out pretty dry. Maybe too much breadcrumbs?

  46. User avatar Saruman the White says:

    1. 3 stars

    1. User avatar shad.reilly59 says:

    2. 5 stars

  49. User avatar krystyna.parisian says:
