- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 12 oz egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish
