Delicious and savory Beef Nachos, perfect for a quick meal or a party snack. Layered with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and topped with fresh garnishes.
Ingredients
- 200 grams ground beef lean
- 100 grams tortilla chips preferably unsalted
- 100 grams cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning store-bought or homemade
- 50 grams sour cream for topping
- 1 cup salsa mild or spicy
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Distribute the seasoned beef evenly over the chips.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, salsa, jalapeño slices, and green onions.
- Serve immediately while still hot.
