Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
Distribute the seasoned beef evenly over the chips.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, salsa, jalapeño slices, and green onions.
Serve immediately while still hot.
