Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds cleaned and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional, for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Spread the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the seeds and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the salt and paprika (if using) over the seeds, and toss to distribute.
- Spread the seeds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are golden brown and crispy.
