Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Spread the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the seeds and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the salt and paprika (if using) over the seeds, and toss to distribute.
Spread the seeds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy your roasted pumpkin seeds!
