Beef and broccoli noodles is a comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender beef, crisp broccoli, and hearty noodles in a savory, flavorful sauce. This dish is an easy and satisfying meal that brings together the umami-rich flavors of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, creating a stir-fry that’s both aromatic and filling. It’s a perfect choice for a quick weeknight dinner or a special meal that will impress your family or guests.
The key to beef and broccoli noodles is in the sauce. A mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and a splash of rice vinegar creates a savory, slightly sweet sauce that perfectly coats the beef, broccoli, and noodles. A touch of ginger and garlic adds warmth and depth, while a dash of sesame oil gives the dish a rich, nutty finish. The sauce is cooked until it thickens slightly, allowing it to cling to the beef and vegetables.
To start, the beef is thinly sliced against the grain, which helps it stay tender during cooking. The beef is then stir-fried in hot oil until it’s browned and cooked through. The broccoli is added next, along with a splash of water or broth to steam it lightly while still keeping its crisp texture. Once the broccoli is bright green and tender, the cooked noodles are added to the pan, followed by the sauce, which ties everything together in a beautiful, glossy coating.
The noodles used in this dish can be anything from rice noodles to egg noodles, depending on your preference. The noodles absorb the savory sauce, making each bite flavorful and satisfying. The beef and broccoli provide protein and crunch, while the noodles offer comfort and substance, making this a well-rounded meal.

Tried this recipe. The flavors are good, but I found it a bit too salty. Next time, I will reduce the soy sauce.
5 stars! Simple and delish – I even added some chili flakes for extra kick! 🔥
I dunno… it was alright. Maybe too much soy sauce for my taste. Not bad, just not my fav.
Nah, I think it’s great! Soy sauce is like the best flavor ever. Gotta embrace the taste! Not my fav either but still love it.
I totally get that! Maybe just use less soy sauce next time. It can be a bit strong for some. Overall, it’s still a good dish!
Not bad, but the sauce was a bit too salty for my taste.
Can I use chicken instead of beef? I don’t eat red meat. Asking for a friend. 😅
Easy and fast! I made it in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Broccoli and beef together? Yummy! Just like my mom used to make. Nostalgia all over! ❤️
My noodles turned mushy. Didn’t follow the instructions right, I guess.
I used chicken instead of beef and it still turned out fine.
Yum! A new family favorite! Next time I’ll double the broccoli.
Noodles not cooked right, I think I mistook the grammes for ounces. My bad! 😅
Why would anyone put oyster sauce in? Gross! I did not like it at all. Stick to soy sauce.
Absolutely delicious! I added some chili flakes for a kick.
This dish was a hit! My family loved it, especially the beef. 🙌
So glad to hear your family enjoyed it! It’s one of my favorites too. 😊
IDK if I did it right, but mine turned out too saucy. I didn’t think it would be like that. :\
I don’t think it should be too saucy if you follow instructions! Maybe check your measurements next time?
Sounds like you might have added too much liquid or didn’t let it thicken enough! Next time, try reducing the sauce slowly.
This is why I love cooking at home! Easy and quick!
Just okay. Nothing special. Will pass on this next time.
Easy recipe! My kids loved it. I added some chili flakes for spice. Yum!
I don’t understand why people like this. Too much soy sauce!
Too much soy sauce? I think it balances out the beef, but maybe you just don’t like it as much? 🤷♂️
I actually love how the soy sauce adds depth to the flavor! It’s key in a dish like this.
Mmm, so good! Perfect meal for weekdays. 👌
Beef and broccoli?! Why not chicken? Tried it and it came out too chewy.
I actually prefer beef in this dish! Sorry to hear yours was chewy; maybe the beef wasn’t thin enough? Give it another shot! 😊
This dish was amazing! The flavors worked so well together. Will definitely make again!
I’m so glad you loved it! It’s one of my favorites too. Did you use any extra veggies?
