Beef and Broccoli Noodles
A delicious and easy-to-make dish combining savory beef, fresh broccoli, and noodles in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- 300 grams beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 200 grams broccoli florets
- 250 grams noodles cooked
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and broccoli, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens, coating the beef and noodles.
- Serve immediately while hot.
