Honestly, I don’t get what the fuss is about. It looks good but tastes kinda bland. 🤷‍♂️

I really liked it! The spices were on point. Maybe you just didn’t season it enough?

I don’t know, they just didn’t taste right. Maybe too many spices? I prefer them simpler.

I get what you mean! Not everyone likes a lot of spices. Maybe try it without the chili powder next time? I think it could help!

Simpler is better sometimes, I totally agree! But I love the spices in these. Guess we all have different tastes!

I don’t like bell peppers, but I made this with zucchini instead and it was still yummy!

    1. 5 stars
Zucchini? Wow! That’s a great idea! I might try it too. 🍽️

What kind of rice do you use? I only have basmati and I’m not sure it will work.

    1. 2 stars
I don’t think basmati is right for this. It cooks different, might end up mushy. Maybe try something else if you can.

Basmati rice should work fine! It might give a nice flavor actually. Just make sure it’s cooked before adding to the mix.

Uh, how do you put the rice in the peppers? I just put them on a plate lol.

Idk, isn’t it just putting things in? Seems simple but maybe I’m wrong, lol. 🤷‍♂️

You just cut the tops off and stuff the rice mixture in! It’s super easy. Just make sure they fit in the pepper nice and snug! 🍽️

My kids gobbled these up! I didn’t have parmesan so I used cheddar. Still delish!

I thought the spices were too much. Next time I’ll lessen the chili powder.

I’m so glad you liked them! They’re a family favorite here too. Perfect for meal prep! 😋

    2. 2 stars
Honestly, I found them kinda bland. Maybe I should’ve added more spices or something? 🤔

Easy recipe! I love how colorful the peppers look. Great for a dinner party! 🌈

  14. 3 stars
I tried this recipe but I didn’t have ground beef, so I used chicken instead. It turned out ok, but I think beef would be better.

  15. 2 stars
Why would you put tomatoes in this? They make it too soggy. Next time, I will skip that part. 2/5

This was a fail for me. The rice was hard, and my peppers were burnt. Maybe I cooked it too long? Idk.

I tried making these but my peppers were too crunchy. Maybe I didn’t bake long enough??

This recipe is a scam! No way it takes that long to bake. My oven must be broken! Never again.

Are bell peppers even healthy? Heard they can be bad for digestive system. Not sure bout this recipe.

    1. User avatar samual.ziemann1984 says:

      2 stars
I dunno, I’ve heard some people say they make your tummy hurt. Maybe just skip the peppers? Would still be good with something else.

    2. User avatar roberta.mayert says:

Bell peppers are actually really good for you! They’re packed with vitamins like A and C. Don’t worry too much about your digestion unless you have a specific intolerance.

I thought this would be healthy but it has beef and cheese. Not that great for my diet.

So glad you loved it! It’s one of my favs too! 😊

    2. User avatar jasper.larson says:

Bestest? Really? I mean, it was ok but I think I’ve had better stuffed peppers. 🤔

  25. User avatar isidro.bartell1975 says:

Stuff peppers are a lie. Why not just make a casserole? Less work and better taste.

    1. User avatar adelle.ferry66 says:

      3 stars
I mean, who wants to clean all those dishes? Casserole seems easier but not as unique!

    2. User avatar ArabianNights says:

      4 stars
But stuffed peppers are fun! They look so nice on a plate. Casserole is just… a pile of food. 😅

Easy recipe! I added some corn and black beans. Surprised my partner liked it!
