Instructions
In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and broccoli, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the pan. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens, coating the beef and noodles.
