Love it! This is my new go-to breakfast. 😊
This was delicious! My whole family loved it, even the kids! 👍
Easy and quick! But my eggs came out too runny. I guess I need to cover it longer next time.
Made this this morning and it was sooo good—savory, filling, and the spinach just melts in. I cooked the eggs a little longer so the yolks set and that worked perfectly.
Just made this for brunch—can confirm the spinach really does melt down into everything. I did add a pinch of chili flakes too and it was amazing. Thanks!
Sounds tasty but I’m skeptical about cooking eggs that way—won’t the yolks overcook? I guess covering helps though. Any idea if it works with just two eggs instead of four?
FAVE recipe now! Used leftover chicken and it was still so good! 🥳
I don’t eat spinach so I replaced it with kale. Not sure if that was a good idea but tasted fine to me!
Yum! I substituted tofu for chicken and it worked fine. Still a fabulous meal!
That’s awesome! Tofu is such a great alternative. I’m definitely gonna try that next time!
Yummy breakfast idea! Can you use other veggies? Cuz I added tomatoes and it was delish! 🍅
Absolutely! You can use any vegetables you like! Bell peppers and zucchini work great too! 🥒
Super good! Made it for my breakfast meal prep and it came out delicious. Will make again!
Very simple and fast. Just what I needed for a busy mornin!
I don’t know, the chicken was kinda tough. Maybe I cooked it too long?
I think you might just need to pound the chicken a bit before cooking! Makes it more tender.
Yeah, overcooking chicken can make it tough. Maybe try cooking it for less time next time? Add some seasoning too!
Spinach in breakfast? Never thought of that! But it was really good!
This dish was amazing! I love how healthy it is. The flavors blend so well together. Definitely a keeper!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! This is one of my favorites too. The eggs add such a nice touch.
Chicken and spinach? That’s a weird combo. But hey, my brother ate it and liked it!
Honestly, I thought it was weird too, but it just sounds so good the way you described it! I would love to try it!
I dunno, man. Chicken and spinach? Sounds like something a health nut would eat. I prefer my eggs with bacon!
I left the skin on the chicken and added some cheese on top. Turned out great! Yum!
Tried it but I accidentally burned the chicken. 😩 Sad! But I’ll give it another shot.
This was super easy to make and tasted great! My whole family loved it.
My eggs ended up scrambled because I forgot to cover the skillet. Still tasted great though!
I didn’t have chicken, so I used tofu instead. It was ok, but I think I would prefer chicken next time.
Tofu is a good substitute, but chicken definitely adds more flavor! Maybe try marinating the tofu next time?
I don’t know about putting chicken with breakfast. Just feels off, you know?
I tried it but it was kinda bland… Maybe more spices next time? ⭐⭐⭐
I totally get that! Spice can really make a difference. I added some paprika and it was way better! 🌶️
I don’t like spinach, but I tried it anyway. Turned out pretty good, but I wouldn’t make it again.
Really? You put eggs in the chicken skillet? Sounds weird! But I might try it.
How can this be a breakfast?! Eggs and chicken in one?! Can’t imagine eating that in the morning.
Tried this but my chicken got burned. Gonna try again!
Yeah, this was okay but the chicken was dry and took too long to cook. Maybe less chicken next time?
Didn’t have spinach, used kale instead! Still turned out great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
So easy! Wish I’d taken a pic! 🔥
Did anyone else think this needed more spices? I added some paprika and it helped a lot.
I totally agree! I think next time I’ll try adding some chili powder too. More flavor is always better!
Nah, I don’t think it needs more spices. It’s pretty tasty as it is! Maybe it’s just your taste buds?
This is too complicated for breakfast. I just want toast.
