Bacon and Kale Breakfast Saute
A delicious and healthy breakfast saute with bacon and kale.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the sauteed kale.
- Serve the sauteed kale topped with fried eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
