Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
- 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown and any moisture has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Season them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
