Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower medium
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plant-based milk unsweetened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp vegan butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower bites are golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce and melted vegan butter.
- Once the cauliflower bites are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve the fried buffalo cauliflower bites hot, with celery sticks and vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
