Chai Spiced Baked Pears
Delicious and healthy baked pears with warm chai spices.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp chai spice mix
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Greek yogurt, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each pear in half lengthwise and remove the core and seeds.
- Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the pear halves, then sprinkle with chai spice mix.
- Top each pear half with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt, if desired.
