Ingredients
- 2 cup apple cider reduced to 1/2 cup
- 2 cup flour all-purpose
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs large
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- For rolling cinnamon sugar ⅓ cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a small saucepan, simmer the apple cider over medium heat until it reduces to about 1/2 cup. Set aside to cool.
