Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each pear in half lengthwise and remove the core and seeds.
Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the pear halves, then sprinkle with chai spice mix.
Top each pear half with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt, if desired.
