A delicious and creamy salmon spread
Ingredients
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g unsalted butter softened
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the smoked salmon in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the softened butter, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
- Process until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the salmon rillettes to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
