Instructions
Place the smoked salmon in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add the softened butter, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
Process until well combined and creamy.
Transfer the salmon rillettes to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
