A delicious and creamy salmon spread

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill chopped fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the smoked salmon in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add the softened butter, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
  • Process until well combined and creamy.
  • Transfer the salmon rillettes to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
