Chinese Beef and Scallion Breakfast Wrap
A delicious Chinese-inspired breakfast wrap filled with beef and scallions.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef thinly sliced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add scallions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over beef mixture.
- In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Divide the beef mixture and scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas.
- Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
