However, many other side dishes can complement Mongolian Beef and enhance your overall dining experience. Here are a few popular options:

Vegetables:

  • Steamed or stir-fried: Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, snow peas, bok choy, and green beans.

  • Garlic noodles: These flavorful noodles are a match made in heaven for the bold flavors of Mongolian Beef.
  • Chow mein: Another classic option, chow mein offers a savory and comforting accompaniment.
  • Lo mein: Similar to chow mein, but with thinner noodles for a more delicate experience.

I don’t think this tastes like Mongolian beef? More like a salad with beef. Weird mix.

I’m not a fan of sesame oil, replaced it with olive oil. Still tasted good!
