Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup carrots shredded
- 2 Green onions sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef slices in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef slices until desired doneness.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sliced almonds, shredded carrots, and green onions.
