Beef and Snow Pea Stir-Fry Salad

August 9, 2023

If you’re looking for a fresh, healthy, and satisfying meal, a Beef and Snow Pea Stir-Fry Salad is the perfect choice. This dish combines tender strips of beef with crisp, crunchy snow peas and a variety of vibrant vegetables, all tossed together in a savory stir-fry sauce. The result is a colorful salad that’s not only delicious but also packed with nutrients.

The beauty of this salad lies in its versatility. You can easily customize it to your taste by adding your favorite vegetables, such as bell peppers, carrots, or cucumbers. The beef, sautéed quickly in a hot pan, retains its juiciness, creating a perfect contrast to the crunchy snow peas. The vegetables maintain their crispness, adding texture and color to the dish.

The stir-fry sauce, made with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a hint of honey or brown sugar, brings everything together with its sweet, salty, and slightly tangy flavors. This combination perfectly complements the beef and vegetables, making each bite full of flavor.

This salad is an excellent option for a quick weeknight dinner or a light lunch. It’s also a great dish to prepare in advance, as the flavors develop even further after sitting for a little while. Just be sure to keep the dressing separate until you’re ready to serve to maintain the freshness of the vegetables.

Another benefit of this salad is its nutritional value. Beef is an excellent source of protein and iron, while snow peas provide fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Together, they create a well-rounded meal that will keep you feeling satisfied and energized throughout the day.

In conclusion, a Beef and Snow Pea Stir-Fry Salad offers a perfect balance of flavors, textures, and nutrients, making it a great addition to your meal rotation. With its light yet filling nature, it’s a dish that works well in any season, whether you’re craving something light in the summer or warming in the wint

Nuts in a stir-fry? Sounds kinda weird! But if you liked it, good for you. I’ll stick to the original recipe tho.

    2. 4 stars
I love cashews too, but I wonder if they really fit in a beef dish? 🤔 Anyway, your enthusiasm is contagious! Trying it this weekend!

I tried this last night and my kids wouldn’t eat it. They said it was too spicy even tho I didn’t put much garlic. I give it a 2.

I was skeptical about the honey in this, but it surprisingly worked! Nice balance!

  9. 3 stars
I followed this recipe but forgot the honey – it was still okay. Just needed more sweetness!

Honey or no honey, beef stir-fry is always bomb! Sometimes I actually forget it too and didn’t mind at all. Glad it turned out okay for you!

Eh… idk, I think I’d rather just have a burger. This was just weird.

    1. 4 stars
But burgers aren’t everything! This might surprise you if you give it a chance. Try it out!

Just average. I’d prefer a simpler salad. Not much into stir-fry.

    1. 3 stars
But this one is healthy! Trust me, once you try it, you might change your mind. More veggies the better!

It was okay, but the beef turned out chewy. I think I overcooked it.

    1. 4 stars
Maybe try slicing the beef thinner or cook it for less time next time? That might help with the chewiness.

  21. User avatar Zaphod Beeblebrox says:

    3 stars
Not a fan of snow peas, could I use broccoli instead? Any thoughts?

I followed everything, but it turned out way too salty. Anyone else have this problem?

Salt? I didn’t add any extra and it was perfect! Maybe you put in too much soy sauce?

    2. User avatar Falmer Nightprowler says:

      4 stars
I think the soy sauce has a lot of salt. Maybe use less next time? It’s always a good idea to taste as you go.

  38. User avatar wellRespected says:

    3 stars
I dunno, this seemed a bit bland to me. Maybe more spices next time?

Why not use chicken? Beef is too fatty, right?

    1. User avatar newton.murphy1953 says:

      4 stars
I think chicken would work too, but beef gives it a richer flavor. Plus, the fat can be good for cooking!

  41. User avatar booker.kihn1951 says:

    5 stars
Yum! Yum! Yum! Gonna bring this to my potluck! Hope they all love it like I do!
