Ingredients
- 500 g chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
- Place the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
