Love it! This is my new go-to breakfast. 😊

  2. User avatar ebony.bradtke says:

    5 stars
This was delicious! My whole family loved it, even the kids! 👍

  3. User avatar Vroomfondel says:

    4 stars
Pretty solid recipe. I did add a pinch of red pepper flakes and it kicked it up. Only thing: 4 eggs felt like a lot for my small skillet, so I’d recommend a wider pan.

  4. User avatar kandis.hagenes97 says:

    2 stars
Too much effort for breakfast. I’m lazy—also I burnt the onions once, so my fault… but still, eh.

    1. User avatar enriqueta.ohara1986 says:

      4 stars
Totally get it—breakfast is the hardest meal when you’re already running on low battery. If the onions burned, that’s annoying, but at least the rest is pretty straightforward. Next time try medium-low heat and stir more often so they soften instead of char.

  5. 3 stars
Easy and quick! But my eggs came out too runny. I guess I need to cover it longer next time.

  6. User avatar Rodrick Krajcik says:

    5 stars
Made this this morning and it was sooo good—savory, filling, and the spinach just melts in. I cooked the eggs a little longer so the yolks set and that worked perfectly.

    1. User avatar raphael.cummings26 says:

      5 stars
Just made this for brunch—can confirm the spinach really does melt down into everything. I did add a pinch of chili flakes too and it was amazing. Thanks!

    2. 3 stars
Sounds tasty but I’m skeptical about cooking eggs that way—won’t the yolks overcook? I guess covering helps though. Any idea if it works with just two eggs instead of four?

  7. User avatar Chaurus Hunter says:

    5 stars
FAVE recipe now! Used leftover chicken and it was still so good! 🥳

  8. 2 stars
Meh… would rather do scrambled eggs separate. Not bad, just not my thing.

  9. User avatar bryce.hodkiewicz says:

    4 stars
Super simple and feels like a real meal, not just eggs. Onion + garlic combo is doing the heavy lifting.

    1. User avatar jarvis.prosacco says:

      5 stars
Totally agree—onion and garlic make it feel way more “real” than just breakfast eggs. I made it and it was super filling!

  10. 4 stars
I don’t eat spinach so I replaced it with kale. Not sure if that was a good idea but tasted fine to me!

  11. User avatar melvin.dare71 says:

    5 stars
Yum! I substituted tofu for chicken and it worked fine. Still a fabulous meal!

    1. 5 stars
That’s awesome! Tofu is such a great alternative. I’m definitely gonna try that next time!

  12. User avatar Harris Smith says:

    4 stars
Yummy breakfast idea! Can you use other veggies? Cuz I added tomatoes and it was delish! 🍅

    1. User avatar oPandariaNo says:

      5 stars
Absolutely! You can use any vegetables you like! Bell peppers and zucchini work great too! 🥒

  13. User avatar rich.landlord says:

    5 stars
This is such a solid breakfast idea—protein + greens in one pan. The “wells” for the eggs is genius. I cooked mine about 6 minutes covered and the yolks were perfect.

  14. User avatar hippopotamus says:

    4 stars
Super good! Made it for my breakfast meal prep and it came out delicious. Will make again!

  15. User avatar shaquita.prohaska57 says:

    5 stars
Very simple and fast. Just what I needed for a busy mornin!

  16. 3 stars
I don’t know, the chicken was kinda tough. Maybe I cooked it too long?

    1. User avatar fermin.fisher says:

      3 stars
I think you might just need to pound the chicken a bit before cooking! Makes it more tender.

    2. 4 stars
Yeah, overcooking chicken can make it tough. Maybe try cooking it for less time next time? Add some seasoning too!

  17. User avatar NAFO.SUPREMACY says:

    5 stars
Made this this morning and it was seriously so good—nice balance of savory chicken, garlicky onion, and the spinach goes perfectly with the runny eggs. Super filling too.

  18. User avatar howard.kovacek62 says:

    4 stars
Spinach in breakfast? Never thought of that! But it was really good!

  19. User avatar Miles Teg says:

    5 stars
This dish was amazing! I love how healthy it is. The flavors blend so well together. Definitely a keeper!

    1. User avatar chante.kuhic2006 says:

      5 stars
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! This is one of my favorites too. The eggs add such a nice touch.

  20. User avatar alexander.boyer41 says:

    2 stars
Chicken and spinach? That’s a weird combo. But hey, my brother ate it and liked it!

    1. 4 stars
Honestly, I thought it was weird too, but it just sounds so good the way you described it! I would love to try it!

    2. User avatar denis.gislason says:

      2 stars
I dunno, man. Chicken and spinach? Sounds like something a health nut would eat. I prefer my eggs with bacon!

  21. User avatar Death Hound says:

    4 stars
I left the skin on the chicken and added some cheese on top. Turned out great! Yum!

  22. User avatar thuy.hirthe1998 says:

    3 stars
Tried it but I accidentally burned the chicken. 😩 Sad! But I’ll give it another shot.

  23. User avatar jorge.hauck72 says:

    5 stars
This was super easy to make and tasted great! My whole family loved it.

  24. User avatar basementDweller says:

    4 stars
My eggs ended up scrambled because I forgot to cover the skillet. Still tasted great though!

  25. User avatar julio.raynor says:

    3 stars
I didn’t have chicken, so I used tofu instead. It was ok, but I think I would prefer chicken next time.

    1. User avatar walton.connelly85 says:

      4 stars
Tofu is a good substitute, but chicken definitely adds more flavor! Maybe try marinating the tofu next time?

  26. 3 stars
Not bad but I think the onions needed way longer than “softened.” Mine were still a little sharp after step 2, so I sautéed another 5 minutes before adding chicken.

    1. User avatar eric.boyer5 says:

      5 stars
Good call. “Softened” can be vague—depends a lot on how thin the onion is and your heat. Extra 5 minutes before adding the chicken probably helps a lot with that sharper taste. I’ll tweak the wording next time.

  27. User avatar hana.kling71 says:

    2 stars
I don’t know about putting chicken with breakfast. Just feels off, you know?

  28. User avatar jaclyn.kshlerin19 says:

    3 stars
Could’ve used more seasoning for my taste—like smoked paprika or a splash of hot sauce. Otherwise, pretty tasty and filling.

  29. 3 stars
Kinda bland for my taste even with salt/pepper. Maybe I need more garlic? Also I feel like it needs cheese or something—otherwise it’s just eggs and green leaves lol.

  30. User avatar chris.howe16 says:

    5 stars
This is the kinda breakfast I can actually handle on weekdays. Cheap too. 4 eggs is a lot in a good way!

    1. User avatar miquel.yost says:

      5 stars
Yes! This is exactly the kind of weekday breakfast that doesn’t feel like a project. The four eggs definitely make it filling—love it.

    2. User avatar hilda.kuphal83 says:

      4 stars
I tried something similar but I think I cooked the spinach too long… it turned kinda watery. Do you cover it while wilting or just stir till it’s gone? Also, 4 eggs felt like a lot for me lol.

  31. User avatar shelby.rosenbaum59 says:

    3 stars
Not gonna lie, mine stuck a little to the pan even though I used olive oil. Eggs were fine, but cleanup was annoying.

  32. 3 stars
I tried it but it was kinda bland… Maybe more spices next time? ⭐⭐⭐

    1. User avatar william.muller80 says:

      4 stars
I totally get that! Spice can really make a difference. I added some paprika and it was way better! 🌶️

  33. User avatar antonette.west2023 says:

    3 stars
I don’t like spinach, but I tried it anyway. Turned out pretty good, but I wouldn’t make it again.

  34. 5 stars
Made this for breakfast this morning—so simple and honestly really filling. The spinach with the browned chicken is a great combo. I’d definitely do it again.

  35. 3 stars
Really? You put eggs in the chicken skillet? Sounds weird! But I might try it.

  36. 4 stars
The spinach wilted super quick, which is nice. I used frozen spinach and squeezed it dry first, and it still turned out great.

    1. User avatar ernie.adams2001 says:

      5 stars
Yes! That’s exactly what I’ve noticed too—spinach wilts fast once it hits the skillet, especially if it’s already fairly dry. Frozen + squeezed is a smart move.

  37. User avatar syble.yundt5 says:

    2 stars
How can this be a breakfast?! Eggs and chicken in one?! Can’t imagine eating that in the morning.

  38. 3 stars
Tried this but my chicken got burned. Gonna try again!

  39. User avatar Colin the Security Robot says:

    2 stars
Chicken was bland even with salt. Maybe my garlic was old? Also I don’t really like cooked spinach texture…

    1. User avatar claudio.orn says:

      4 stars
Ugh that sounds disappointing—baking chicken into a skillet can still turn out bland if it’s not getting enough seasoning early. I’d try salting the chicken before it hits the pan and also add a little black pepper + maybe a pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes. Old garlic could definitely do it too. And yeah, spinach texture isn’t for everyone—try stirring in arugula or using baby kale instead, or even swapping in a handful of chopped frozen spinach and squeezing it dry first.

  40. User avatar melvin.schinner1996 says:

    3 stars
Yeah, this was okay but the chicken was dry and took too long to cook. Maybe less chicken next time?

  41. User avatar iesha.grant2021 says:

    4 stars
Didn’t have spinach, used kale instead! Still turned out great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  42. User avatar ronnie.hartmann says:

    5 stars
So easy! Wish I’d taken a pic! 🔥

  43. User avatar claud.wilkinson1962 says:

    4 stars
Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about cooking eggs right in the same pan as the chicken, but it worked. Cleanup was easy too.

  44. User avatar luz.baumbach1989 says:

    4 stars
Did anyone else think this needed more spices? I added some paprika and it helped a lot.

    1. User avatar Trevor Wiegand says:

      5 stars
I totally agree! I think next time I’ll try adding some chili powder too. More flavor is always better!

    2. User avatar shenita.tillman23 says:

      2 stars
Nah, I don’t think it needs more spices. It’s pretty tasty as it is! Maybe it’s just your taste buds?

  45. 1 star
This is too complicated for breakfast. I just want toast.

  46. User avatar enriqueta.rogahn says:

    3 stars
I followed the steps but my eggs took way longer than expected to set. I kept the cover on too long or something lol.

  47. User avatar Berenice Schuppe IV says:

    1 star
Eww! Way too much spinach. I don’t like it. I skipped the salt also. Maybe needs more garlic.

    1. User avatar gaylene.considine22 says:

      4 stars
I love spinach! It’s so healthy. Maybe you could try adding some cheese for flavor? Also, salt brings out the taste! 🙃

  48. User avatar Flame Atronach says:

    4 stars
Could use a bit more seasoning—salt and pepper weren’t enough for me. Next time I’ll try paprika or Italian seasoning.

    1. User avatar federico.mclaughlin says:

      3 stars
Hmm I used pretty much only salt/pepper and it was fine for me 🤷‍♂️. Maybe because I used salted chicken broth? Or maybe my garlic/onion were strong. I wouldn’t add Italian seasoning though—might make it taste like pasta? Idk.

    2. User avatar buford.willms1961 says:

      5 stars
Totally agree—salt and pepper can feel a little flat in a skillet like this. I like adding a pinch of paprika *and* some crushed red pepper for a little kick. Next time I’d also taste the chicken after it browns.

  49. User avatar derick.wilkinson12 says:

    5 stars
This is AWESOME. I added a little shredded cheese on top and it made it feel like brunch at a cafe. 10/10 would recommend.

    1. User avatar lulu.krajcik says:

      5 stars
Yesss the cheese idea is genius—brunch vibes immediately. Did you add it before covering the skillet so it melts, or after for a more “fresh” top?

    2. User avatar steven.trantow41 says:

      3 stars
I tried this but my eggs got kinda rubbery, I think I cooked the skillet too long with the lid on 😅 Still tasted good though. Maybe I should turn the heat down?

  50. 3 stars
I don’t even like chicken for breakfast but gave this a shot. Can’t complain! ⭐⭐⭐

  51. 4 stars
Easy breakfast, quick too. I used frozen spinach and it worked. Will make again—yum.

  52. User avatar rosie.abshire77 says:

    4 stars
Pretty solid recipe. I used frozen spinach because that’s what I had and just squeezed it dry first. Flavor was great, but next time I’ll maybe add a pinch of chili flakes.

  53. 2 stars
I don’t get the hype. Spinach disappears, eggs get kind of weird in a skillet. Also, “cover and cook” for how long? I waited like 10 minutes and they were still too soft.

    1. User avatar venice.dach93 says:

      3 stars
Huh, mine turn out fine every time. I think your skillet temp was too low. Also “cover and cook” is annoyingly vague—should say until whites set. If the chicken wasn’t fully cooked yet, it’ll mess up the timing. Maybe try higher heat then lower once eggs go in.

    2. User avatar Dr. Vikki Schiller says:

      4 stars
I get what you mean—spinach can “disappear” fast, but that’s usually fine. For the eggs, 10 minutes under a lid is kind of a coin flip depending on heat. I usually do medium-low after cracking them and start checking at like 4–6 minutes for jammy and 7–9 for firmer.

  54. User avatar sanford.olson60 says:

    3 stars
I dunno, is chicken for breakfast really a thing? I mean, it’s good but feels weird.

  55. User avatar valentine.kreiger60 says:

    5 stars
Made this this morning and it turned out awesome—really filling and the spinach cooked down perfectly. My eggs were a little runnier than expected, but honestly still great.

    1. 5 stars
Love hearing that! The eggs getting a bit runnier happens depending on how long you cover it—next time you can just cook 1–2 min longer if you want them set more. Thanks for sharing!

    2. User avatar chester.morar91 says:

      4 stars
Mine was pretty good too, but I think I overcooked the chicken? The skillet got kinda dry, so I added a splash of water. Also I’m not sure 4 eggs is enough if you want it super filling—maybe 6? Still tasty though.

  56. User avatar valrie.conroy36 says:

    4 stars
Pretty solid recipe, but I think 2 chicken breasts is a lot for 4 eggs. Next time I’ll either use a bit less chicken or add another egg or two.

    1. User avatar yer.grimes20 says:

      4 stars
I agree—2 chicken breasts is kind of hearty for only 4 eggs. I’ve done similar ratios and it can feel more like “chicken skillet” than breakfast eggs. Next time I’ll try either smaller chicken or bump the eggs.

  57. 2 stars
Uh, what about the eggs? Like, do we scramble them or just let em sit there? 🤔

  58. 4 stars
Really easy to follow! My kids loved it, even the spinach! Definitely a keeper. 🥗

  59. User avatar ester.glover2003 says:

    5 stars
This is comfort food in skillet form. My husband asked for it again, which is basically the highest compliment.

    1. 5 stars
Haha that’s the best compliment—if your husband asks for it again, it’s a winner. The skillet + eggs + spinach combo sounds so cozy. I’ll definitely try this!

  60. 5 stars
This is the best breakfast I’ve ever made! So quick and tasty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  61. User avatar ShanksOnePiece says:

    4 stars
I like how simple it is. The steps are clear and the skillet method is fast. My eggs took a bit longer than expected under the cover, but they turned out perfect.

    1. 3 stars
Hmm I tried something similar before and my eggs always stuck to the bottom, even with wells. Did you lightly oil the spots first? Also how long did you cover it for—like 5 min or more?

    2. User avatar asley.shields2004 says:

      5 stars
Totally agree—this is the kind of recipe that feels doable on a busy morning. The covered skillet trick is key. I’ve also had to add a few extra minutes for the eggs, but the end result is worth it!

  62. User avatar everett.jones says:

    4 stars
2 cups of spinach? That’s a lot! Are you supposed to cook it all?

    1. 5 stars
Yes, you cook it all! The spinach wilts down a lot. It’s so good for you too!

    2. User avatar brooks.boyer1998 says:

      2 stars
I don’t know… Seems like too much spinach. Will it taste good?

  63. User avatar Laurette Windler I says:

    4 stars
I’m not the best cook, but this was doable. I accidentally diced the onion too big, and the cook time felt longer. Still ended up good!

  64. User avatar jack.mante64 says:

    4 stars
Tried it and my husband said it looks nasty but he ate it all. LOL.

  65. User avatar Reid Enright says:

    5 stars
The spinach wilted nicely. I added a pinch of chili flakes and it was even better. Great flavor base.

    1. User avatar adela.halvorson59 says:

      5 stars
Love that! The chili flakes really make the spinach pop—nice upgrade. Thanks for sharing.

  66. User avatar renato.oberbrunner99 says:

    3 stars
I followed it but mine got watery when I added the spinach. Could be my skillet or the spinach (not fresh). Still tasty though—just looked kinda sad.

  67. 5 stars
Wow, this recipe is so easy and delicious! I made it for brunch and everyone loved it!

  68. User avatar Shadout Mapes says:

    4 stars
Yum! Perfect breakfast for my meal prep! Thanks!

  69. 2 stars
This is fine but I feel like it needs cheese or something. Like, eggs and chicken without any dairy feels kinda bland. Maybe add feta next time?

  70. User avatar verline.mitchell13 says:

    4 stars
Simple and tasty. I used frozen spinach because that’s what I had, and it still worked, just needed a bit longer to cook off the water. Would definitely make again.

  71. User avatar Sabre Cat says:

    5 stars
Made this for breakfast this week—so quick and filling. The eggs set perfectly after covering the skillet. Will definitely repeat!

  72. 3 stars
Well, I tried it but didn’t have chicken, so I used bacon. Good, I guess?

  73. User avatar candis.waters1974 says:

    2 stars
I guess it’s good, but I can’t get how people eat chicken for breakfast.

  74. User avatar jonah.collins1 says:

    5 stars
Wow. Low effort, high reward. Five stars easy.

    1. User avatar Dan Streetmentioner says:

      5 stars
Right?! It’s one skillet and it actually delivers. 🥘 Easy breakfasts are the best.

  75. User avatar caryl.ortiz says:

    5 stars
This is a winner! I’m definitely making this again. Easy and healthy! 👏

  76. User avatar cammy.littel says:

    1 star
Why can’t I just microwave some eggs? This takes too long for a meal.

  77. User avatar oPandariaNo says:

    5 stars
My kids loved this! They kept asking for more eggs!

  78. 5 stars
Made this this morning and it was ridiculously good—protein + greens is such a win. I added a pinch of chili flakes and it kicked up the flavor a lot.

  79. 3 stars
I tried this and it was good but I don’t really like eggs. Can I skip them? 🤷‍♂️

  80. 5 stars
Quick, simple and filling! Perfect for my busy mornings.

    1. User avatar Dwarven Shpere says:

      5 stars
I love how easy this is! I made it last weekend and my family loved it too. Definitely a keeper! 🙂

  81. 2 stars
Way too many eggs for me. I only like 1 egg at brekkie. But ok I guess.

  82. User avatar Ilban Richese says:

    5 stars
Makes brekky feel fancy! I added cheese on top and it was bomb! YUM!

  83. User avatar seymour.hyatt1975 says:

    2 stars
Too many veggies for my liking! But kids ate it up, so I guess that’s good.

  84. User avatar lyda.beer96 says:

    5 stars
This was absolutely delicious! It’s now my go-to breakfast. Thanks for sharing!

    1. User avatar rickiestmorty says:

      3 stars
Looks good but I don’t like spinach. Can I use something else?

    2. 5 stars
Glad you loved it! It’s one of my favorites too!

  85. User avatar frederick.buckridge says:

    3 stars
I followed it exactly but my chicken came out kind of dry. Maybe my diced pieces were too small or I cooked too long. Sauce/flavor was fine though.

    1. User avatar napoleon.kertzmann says:

      4 stars
Ahh that’s frustrating—if the sauce/flavor was good, it sounds like it was mostly an overcooking/dryness issue. Diced chicken that’s too small can cook through way faster than the onions/garlic, so it probably went a bit too long in the skillet. Next time try slightly larger dice and pull it as soon as it’s just cooked through (or keep the heat a little lower and don’t “brown” it too hard). Also, covering the pan for the eggs can add a little extra carryover heat to the chicken—maybe add eggs sooner and shorten the covered time.

This was delish! I added some tomatoes too.

I skipped the onion and garlic since I’m not a fan. Still tasted good!

Not my cup of tea. Prefer cereal in the mornin’. 😒

Made this this morning and it turned out so good—crispy chicken edges and the spinach just wilts perfectly. I cooked the eggs about 7 minutes covered for runny yolks. Will definitely repeat.

Sounds tasty, but I tried something similar and my eggs got kinda rubbery after covering too long. Do you keep the heat at medium-low, or was it still medium? Also, do you thaw the spinach or use frozen?

Love seeing results like this! The crispy chicken edges + spinach wilting sounds spot on. I’ve been trying to nail the runny yolk timing—7 minutes covered feels like the sweet spot.

I followed it exactly and my chicken was not as browned as I wanted. Maybe I had the heat too low. Flavor was good though—onion + garlic really came through.

Too much spinach! I love greens but this was just overwhelming. Gotta find a better balance next time.

I think the spinach adds a nice flavor, but I guess everyone has different tastes. Maybe try half next time?

I’m skeptical about 4 eggs in one skillet with chicken—felt crowded. But once I added the spinach, it worked and cooked evenly.

Is it safe to eat raw eggs? I’m not sure about this recipe.

It was alright, but I think it needed more seasoning. I added some hot sauce to it.

I’m not sure about cooking four eggs in the same skillet without overcooking them. Mine cooked unevenly and I ended up with one rubbery one 😅 Still tasty though.

Not bad, but mine turned watery because I think I overcooked the spinach. Also forgot to cover the skillet at first, so the egg tops dried out.

The steps are clear and easy. I did it exactly as written and it turned out perfect. My husband ate two plates without complaining, so yeah.

Just “wells”?? I cracked eggs everywhere and they kinda mixed in 😅 but hey it tasted fine.

Wait… I thought you’re supposed to make the wells like with a spoon. If the eggs just mix in, isn’t it more like scrambled chicken spinach? Still, eggs should be fine tho.

    2. 5 stars
Haha same 😅 “wells” sounded fancy, but I still made it work. Covering the pan helps the eggs set even if they mingle!

Chicken came out juicy, and browning it first really helped the flavor. I added a pinch of chili flakes and it tasted like a cafe dish.
