- 500 grams beef chuck cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika Hungarian if possible
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
