Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
- 6 ounces steak your choice of cut, cooked to preference
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 slices bacon cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and place one wedge on a serving plate.
- Slice the steak into thin strips.
- Top the lettuce wedge with steak slices, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, crumbled bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
