Ingredients
- 1 can lychees in syrup
- 2 stalks lemongrass bruised
- 1 lime juiced
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- Drain the lychees from the syrup and reserve the syrup.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the bruised lemongrass stalks.
- Add the lychees, lime juice, and a few ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake well to combine and strain into glasses filled with ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of lime.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
