Fresh Mint and Pomegranate Juice
Refreshing and healthy juice recipe with the flavors of fresh mint and pomegranate.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup mint leaves fresh
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- 1 cup cold water
- ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Place the pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- If desired, add honey to sweeten the juice.
- Add cold water and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.
- Serve the juice over ice cubes and enjoy!
