Instructions
Place the pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
If desired, add honey to sweeten the juice.
Add cold water and blend again until well mixed.
Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.
Serve the juice over ice cubes and enjoy!
