Ingredients
  

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
  • 6 ounces steak your choice of cut, cooked to preference
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 slices bacon cooked until crispy and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and place one wedge on a serving plate.
  • Slice the steak into thin strips.
  • Top the lettuce wedge with steak slices, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, crumbled bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
