A delectable and refreshing dessert that combines the creamy goodness of ice cream with the sweet and tart flavor of strawberries. Perfect for warm days and special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for the crust
- 2 tablespoons sugar for the crust
- 6 tablespoons butter melted, for the crust
- 1.5 quarts strawberry ice cream softened
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
- Stir in melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
- Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.
- Spread softened strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust.
- Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
- Slice and serve immediately.
