Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for the crust
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for the crust
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted, for the crust
  • 1.5 quarts strawberry ice cream softened
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced, fresh
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
  • Stir in melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  • Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.
  • Spread softened strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust.
  • Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
