Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
Stir in melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.
Spread softened strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust.
Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
Slice and serve immediately.
