Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup peas and carrots frozen
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 eggs beaten

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
