These Pulled Pork Sliders are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, making them a perfect choice for a party appetizer or a casual family meal.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder boneless
- 2 cups barbecue sauce your favorite brand
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika adds a smoky flavor
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour 1 cup of barbecue sauce over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir in the remaining barbecue sauce.
