In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour 1 cup of barbecue sauce over it.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir in the remaining barbecue sauce.
Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with barbecue sauce if desired.
