Pork Chops
Juicy and flavorful pork chops that are perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or regular
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon rosemary fresh or dried
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
