Instructions
Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
