Treat yourself to a restaurant-worthy dinner with this rich and flavorful Lobster and Roasted Red Pepper Penne. It’s a dish that feels elegant but is surprisingly easy to prepare at home, making it perfect for special occasions, holidays, or even just a cozy weekend meal.
The star of this pasta is tender, succulent lobster meat. Whether you’re using fresh, frozen, or pre-cooked, the lobster brings a sweet and buttery flavor that pairs beautifully with the smokiness of roasted red peppers. Blended into a creamy sauce with garlic, shallots, white wine, and a touch of cream, the roasted peppers create a silky texture and bold flavor base that coats every bite of penne.
Penne pasta holds the sauce perfectly in its ridges and tubes, making sure each forkful is packed with flavor. Finish the dish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon to brighten up the richness.
This Lobster and Roasted Red Pepper Penne is both comforting and luxurious. It’s perfect served alongside crusty bread, a crisp salad, and a chilled glass of Chardonnay or sparkling wine. You can even prep the sauce ahead of time to make dinner come together quickly on a busy night.
Whether you’re celebrating something special or just in the mood to indulge, this pasta brings restaurant-level flavor right to your kitchen.

Yum! Love pasta dishes!! 😍
Meh. Too rich for me. Also penne absorbs sauce… but this didn’t really. Might be better with something else like linguine?
I dunno, the idea of lobster with pasta sounds weird to me. Isn’t it too fancy for a regular meal? It might be good for parties, I guess.
I get what you mean, but lobster pasta is actually super tasty! It’s not just for parties. It can make a regular dinner feel special.
Why did you put so much garlic? My husband won’t stop smelling!
Took me forever to find roasted red pepper. Why can’t they sell it fresh? Anyway, the dish turned out great!
Took forever?! 🤔 How hard can it be to find pepers? Maybe you should try somethin easier next time!
I know right? Fresh roasted red peppers would be so much better! But glad your dish turned out great! Lobster is amazing!
Wow, so fancy! I felt like a chef! But my kids didn’t like it…so 4 stars for me.
This was a hit at our family dinner! The flavors blend so well together. Absolutely delicious!
So glad to hear that! I can’t wait to try this for my next get-together!
Do you really need to use lobster? Seems like a lot for a simple pasta dish.
Yeah, lobster is a bit much for pasta. I think shrimp or chicken would be just fine!
I dont see the point, I mean lobster is fancy but do we need it 4 pasta? Seems like overkill to me.
Perfect for date night! Just what we needed. ❤️
I messed up the garlic part, used too much. Now I’m stuck with garlic breath forever! 😂
Burn some incense or chew some mint! 😅 Happens to the best of us!
Simple and mouth-watering! Easy to follow too. ❤️
Easy to follow and tasty! I had leftover pasta from last week and used that instead. Still worked fine. Recommend for anyone!
Glad to hear it worked with leftover pasta! Love when recipes are flexible. I’ll have to try it with my leftovers too.
I dunno, using leftover pasta? Sounds lazy to me. Why not make it fresh? But hey, whatever works for ya.
This was delicious! My wife loved it too. Lobster really makes it special!
This recipe is delicious! I made it for my family and everyone loved it. The flavors are amazing!
Ugh, way too much cream! It just tasted like cheese and sauce.
I actually loved it! The creaminess is what made it so rich and delicious.
Too much cream? I dunno, maybe just go light on the heavy cream next time? But it is a cream sauce after all.
I dunno, the lobster was too much for me. Maybe it’s just not my thing, but I felt like it needed more seasoning.
Made it for a dinner party and it was a huge hit! Thanks for the recipe!
I don’t know… Lobster seems too fussy. Can you just use shrimp instead? 🤔
So glad to hear that! Lobster sounds fancy for a dinner party! 🍽️
My kids didn’t like it at all! They said the lobster was too chewy. Maybe I did something wrong? I still think it looks good tho.
This was ridiculously good—creamy without being heavy, and the roasted red pepper really pops. I used a bit more parmesan than the recipe said and it turned out perfect.
Yes!! Creamy but not too heavy is exactly how it should be. I love when the roasted red pepper really stands out—makes it feel fancy.
Absolutely delicious! This recipe blew my mind. I added a bit of lemon juice for extra zing. Will make again!
