Treat yourself to a restaurant-worthy dinner with this rich and flavorful Lobster and Roasted Red Pepper Penne. It’s a dish that feels elegant but is surprisingly easy to prepare at home, making it perfect for special occasions, holidays, or even just a cozy weekend meal.
The star of this pasta is tender, succulent lobster meat. Whether you’re using fresh, frozen, or pre-cooked, the lobster brings a sweet and buttery flavor that pairs beautifully with the smokiness of roasted red peppers. Blended into a creamy sauce with garlic, shallots, white wine, and a touch of cream, the roasted peppers create a silky texture and bold flavor base that coats every bite of penne.
Penne pasta holds the sauce perfectly in its ridges and tubes, making sure each forkful is packed with flavor. Finish the dish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon to brighten up the richness.
This Lobster and Roasted Red Pepper Penne is both comforting and luxurious. It’s perfect served alongside crusty bread, a crisp salad, and a chilled glass of Chardonnay or sparkling wine. You can even prep the sauce ahead of time to make dinner come together quickly on a busy night.
Whether you’re celebrating something special or just in the mood to indulge, this pasta brings restaurant-level flavor right to your kitchen.

Yum! Love pasta dishes!! 😍
Why did you put so much garlic? My husband won’t stop smelling!
Took me forever to find roasted red pepper. Why can’t they sell it fresh? Anyway, the dish turned out great!
Took forever?! 🤔 How hard can it be to find pepers? Maybe you should try somethin easier next time!
I know right? Fresh roasted red peppers would be so much better! But glad your dish turned out great! Lobster is amazing!
Do you really need to use lobster? Seems like a lot for a simple pasta dish.
Yeah, lobster is a bit much for pasta. I think shrimp or chicken would be just fine!
I dont see the point, I mean lobster is fancy but do we need it 4 pasta? Seems like overkill to me.
This was delicious! My wife loved it too. Lobster really makes it special!
This recipe is delicious! I made it for my family and everyone loved it. The flavors are amazing!
Ugh, way too much cream! It just tasted like cheese and sauce.
I actually loved it! The creaminess is what made it so rich and delicious.
Too much cream? I dunno, maybe just go light on the heavy cream next time? But it is a cream sauce after all.
I dunno, the lobster was too much for me. Maybe it’s just not my thing, but I felt like it needed more seasoning.
Absolutely delicious! This recipe blew my mind. I added a bit of lemon juice for extra zing. Will make again!
Just made this. The flavors are amazing! I tweaked and added some red pepper flakes for extra kick!
My fam loved it! Even my picky sister. We used less garlic though and it was perfect!
That’s awesome to hear! I often struggle with making it appealing for my picky eaters. Might try less garlic too!
I made this for my dinner party, and everybody loved it! Thanks for the recipe!
Lobster and pasta!? Are you kidding me? Best combo ever! Definitely making this again!
Wow this is fancy. But are lobsters expensive? Can’t it be made with shrimp instead?
The lobster tasted funny… maybe I cooked it wrong? IDK, but my kids didn’t want to eat it 🙁
Maybe the lobsters were old? They can taste off if they’re not fresh. Try buying from a trusted source next time!
Took me forever to find lobster. Wasn’t worth it in the end. Just too rich for my taste.
This seems complicated. Not sure if I want to try it. Can I just order takeout?
I get it; it looks tough! But once you try, you might find it’s not that bad. Plus, homemade is way better than takeout. 🌟
I tried this recipe and it was too creamy for my taste. Maybe just use less cream?
Not what I expected. Too creamy and fishy. I added some spinach, which helped.
Yum! Easy to make & sooo tasty! Will definitely make again.
Tasty? Really? I think it must be too complicated for me. Lobsters are too fancy, lol!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! It’s one of my favorites too. Definitely worth making again!
Y’all, how do you roast a bell pepper? I think I just added raw peppers by mistake… How can I fix it?
Not really my flavor profile, but I guess it’s alright! My grandma always said, ‘If it don’t taste good, add more salt.’
Ain’t nobody got time for all that chopping and cooking. Noodles and butter is all I need 😂
Easy step-by-step! I was terrified to make lobster, but I think I nailed it! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
Made this and it was too salty. Gotta be careful with the cheese and salt, ya know?
Okay, but why use lobster? Can’t I just use shrimp instead? Feels wasteful, ya know?
Yummm! This is the best thing I’ve cooked all month!! Lobster is a bit pricey here, but totally worth it! So creamy and delicious.
I agree, it’s so good! 😍 Lobster makes everything better. I’ve tried making it with shrimp too, but nah, nothing beats lobster! 🦞
I used crab instead of lobster because it was on sale. Still turned out great!
That’s awesome! Crab is a great substitution. Lobster can be pricey, so smart choice! Glad it turned out well for you.
I thought this would be hard but it was super easy! My wife said I should cook more often 😂. Thanks for sharing!
Neh… didn’t come out so good. Lobster expensive, and I’m not sure it needs garlic. Little weird for me.
Garlic is super important for flavor! But yeah, lobster ain’t cheap, so maybe a simpler recipe next time?
I totally get what you mean! Lobster can be hit or miss. Maybe try less garlic next time? Just a suggestion!
I dunno, seems kinda complicated for a simple pasta dish. Can’t I just throw in some shrimp and call it a day?
Wow, this dish is fancy! I made it for my anniversary and it was a hit!
Wow, this looks amazing! Can’t wait to try it. 👍
Thanks! It really is delicious! Let me know how it turns out! 😋
Looks good, but I don’t know if I can handle cooking lobsters. Sounds hard!
I wish the recipe had instructions for roasting the pepper! Had to google it.
Yeah, roasting a pepper is super easy! Just stick it under the broiler for a bit, or roast it on the grill until the skin’s charred. But hey, maybe the recipe’s focused more on the lobster? Still, I get your frustration!
I substituted shrimp for the lobster since I live in the middle of America and lobster’s really expensive here. Still turned out great!
Followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great! The flavors are divine, especially the roasted peppers!
I totally agree! The roasted peppers really do make this dish pop! Glad you enjoyed it! 🍽️
Couldn’t find fresh lobster, used canned instead. Still turned out great tho!
Canned lobster? That’s a brave choice! But hey, if it worked for you, who am I to judge? Enjoy your meal!
I thought this would be hard to make, but it was surprisingly easy! Just make sure to get fresh lobster.
5 stars! I can’t believe how easy this was! My boyfriend was super impressed. Definitely a keeper!
I’m glad you liked it! It really is a delicious dish. Did you have it with a side salad?
Wow, this recipe is fantastic! The lobster and roasted red pepper combo is to die for! Made it for my family, and they all loved it! Definitely making it again!
I dont like red peppers, can I use yellow ones instead? Asking for my mom!
Ingredients sound fancy, but I’m not sure about the flavors. Garlic with lobster? Is that a thing?
I dunno…sounds kinda weird to me. I like my lobster plain, not swimmin’ in garlic. But maybe it works? Who knows.
Garlic and lobster? Absolutely! The garlic enhances the sweetness of the lobster. You should give it a try; it’s delicious!
This was absolutely delicious! The lobster and red pepper combo is to die for!
Lobster good, pasta ok. Not my favorite but decent.
Not a fan of lobster, maybe try shrimp next time? Recipe looks good but lobster is just not for me.
It was okay, but a bit too rich for my taste. Maybe I should’ve used less cream?
Lobster? I thought this was a budget meal, not a restaurant dish! No way I’m making this.
OMG! so good! I can’t believe how easy it was! Lobster makes everything better.
Tried this for my husband’s birthday, and he loved it! Fancy dinner success. Thanks!
That’s so awesome! I’m planning to cook it for my wife’s birthday next week. Did you follow the recipe exactly or make any changes?
