Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles

August 28, 2024

Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles is one of those humble dishes that has a way of making you feel right at home. With its savory, tender cabbage and soft egg noodles, this dish is perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or as a quick, satisfying side to accompany any meal. It’s simple, affordable, and, most importantly, comforting, a dish that hits all the right notes with minimal ingredients.

At the heart of Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles is, of course, cabbage. The cabbage is sautéed until it becomes golden and soft, releasing its natural sweetness while still maintaining a slight crunch. As it cooks, the cabbage absorbs the flavors of the seasoning and any fats it’s cooked in, creating a rich, savory base that perfectly complements the egg noodles.

The egg noodles themselves provide a soft, chewy texture that contrasts beautifully with the cabbage. When tossed together in the skillet, they absorb the flavors of the cabbage and seasonings, making every bite a harmonious combination of textures and tastes. A simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and garlic enhances the dish, while adding a touch of butter or olive oil brings it all together for a rich, satisfying meal.

While this dish is incredibly easy to make, it’s also versatile. You can add a bit of protein, such as sausage, bacon, or chicken, to make it a one-pot meal. A sprinkle of parmesan cheese or a dash of soy sauce can further elevate the flavor profile. Plus, you can experiment with different herbs or spices like thyme, caraway seeds, or paprika to add your own personal twist.

One of the best things about Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles is that it’s inexpensive yet filling. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a comforting, budget-friendly dish that doesn’t skimp on flavor. The combination of cabbage and noodles is both light and hearty, making it a great choice for a quick dinner or as a side to more elaborate meals.

Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles may be simple, but its charm lies in its ability to turn basic ingredients into something comforting and satisfying. Whether you’re craving a quick weeknight dinner or a homey side dish, this is a meal that’s sure to leave you feeling warm and content.

I didn’t follow the recipe exactly, used onions instead of garlic and it still turned out great!

    1. 5 stars
Sounds good! I love when things turn out even without following the recipe. Gotta try it with onions now!

I might try this someday, but I don’t trust cabbage. Don’t know if it’s healthy or what…

  3. User avatar dwain.hegmann says:

Made this tonight and it was way better than I expected. The garlic smell was perfect and the cabbage got tender without turning mushy.

  4. User avatar Dan Streetmentioner says:

    5 stars
Made this tonight and it was super comforting. The garlic smell was amazing, and the cabbage got perfectly tender. I used regular egg noodles and it still worked great.

  5. User avatar terrilyn.sporer51 says:

What are egg noodles? Can I just use any type? Never heard of those.

    1. User avatar chi.fahey1962 says:

      4 stars
Egg noodles are kinda like regular noodles but richer and usually made with eggs, making ’em tastier! You can try substituting with other types but they might not give the same flavor.

  6. 3 stars
Mine came out a little bland. I added extra pepper and a splash more soy sauce and then it was saved.

    1. User avatar patricia.kuphal says:

      5 stars
Glad you were able to save it! I’ve found the cabbage can be a little sweet depending on the kind, so adding a bit more pepper/soy like you did makes sense. Next time you might also try tasting after 5-7 min and adjusting salt earlier.

  7. User avatar jefferson.schuster56 says:

    3 stars
I overcooked the cabbage a little (oops), but the egg noodles helped it not feel dry. Not bad!

  8. User avatar kayce.cole85 says:

    5 stars
I made this for dinner last night, and wow, it was surprisingly good! Adding some chicken next time.

  9. User avatar booker.mante says:

    3 stars
Eh, it was okay. Kinda bland honestly. I added some chili flakes and it helped a bit.

  10. User avatar catrina.mante5 says:

    4 stars
Tried it exactly as written—nice and savory. I do wish there was a bit more sauce though, maybe another teaspoon of soy?

  11. User avatar louis.cruickshank77 says:

    4 stars
Followed it pretty much exactly—cabbage got tender in 6 minutes for me. Would make again, maybe add a splash of sesame oil.

    1. User avatar desirae.langosh39 says:

      5 stars
Nice! 6 minutes sounds about right for tender cabbage. A splash of sesame oil is a great call—would add that nice toasted flavor.

  12. User avatar jenell.runte says:

    4 stars
Pretty good, but I think 1/2 tsp salt might be too much if your soy sauce is salty. I went light and it was perfect.

  13. User avatar rickey.johns34 says:

    4 stars
I subbed cabbage for coleslaw mix (couldn’t be bothered to shred) and it still worked. Next time I’ll keep it a bit crispier though.

  14. User avatar carrol.corkery44 says:

    3 stars
Does anyone else think this recipe needs more seasoning? I think it was kinda bland!

  15. User avatar idella.halvorson93 says:

Super easy recipe! I added a bit of chicken too, and now it’s my favorite! Love it!

  16. User avatar Draugr Scourge says:

    5 stars
Absolutely delicious! I threw in some leftover chicken and it was perfect! Highly recommend.

  17. User avatar orlando.krajcik says:

    3 stars
Could be me, but my cabbage took longer than 7 minutes to get tender. Flavor was good though; next time I’ll crank the heat a little.

  18. User avatar erick.gaylord says:

    5 stars
This came out way better than I expected—garlic + soy makes the cabbage taste super savory. I might add a pinch of chili flakes next time!

Not sure about this one. Cabbage and noodles? Seems weird. 2/5.

Too simple for my taste. I expected more flavor. Maybe add some cheese next time?

  28. User avatar dinorah.hodkiewicz says:

    2 stars
Easy to make but too much cabbage for my taste. Would prefer less cabbage and more noodles!

    1. 2 stars
Less cabbage? Nah, cabbage is what makes this dish unique! Don’t mess with a classic.

    2. 4 stars
I totally get that! I think hes just more fans of cabbage than noodles. Maybe try adding more noodles next time?

  35. User avatar alden.rath88 says:

    1 star
Meh. Too buttery for me and the garlic felt a bit harsh. Still ate it, just wouldn’t repeat.

  36. 4 stars
Mine needed a tiny splash of soy sauce more at the end. Still delicious though—garlic smell is on point.

  37. User avatar Magrathean sperm whale says:

    5 stars
This was surprisingly delicious! I never thought I would enjoy cabbage so much.

    1. 4 stars
Cabbage? Really? I thought it was tastless, but maybe I’ll give it a shot after hearing this!

  38. User avatar Rob McKenna says:

    3 stars
Not bad, but I think it needs more flavor. Maybe some chili flakes next time.

Five stars! Fried cabbage is underrated. This is basically comfort food for cheap.

  40. User avatar Effrafax of Wug says:

  41. 5 stars
Easy and quick! Perfect for a weeknight meal when I’m tired. Will make again!

    1. 5 stars
I totally agree! This is such a simple recipe and tastes great. I added some chicken for protein, and it was perfect!

    2. User avatar rickiestmorty says:

      3 stars
Really? This dish seems a bit bland to me. Maybe I’ll try adding some chili flakes next time.

  42. User avatar latina.lebsack says:

You really shouldn’t mix cabbage with noodles like this. It just doesn’t feel right.

    1. User avatar Lavern Hermiston says:

      4 stars
But cabbage is super healthy, and noodles are delicious!!! Try it before you knock it!

    2. User avatar cassy.volkman says:

      5 stars
I totally disagree! Cabbage and noodles make a great combo! It’s comfort food for me.

  43. 5 stars
This is a super quick and easy recipe! My kids loved it, too. Thanks for sharing!

  44. User avatar ArabianNights says:

    4 stars
I wish it was a little spicier. But I added chili flakes and it helped! 4 stars.

    1. User avatar Duncan Idaho says:

      3 stars
I dunno, it seems like it could use more flavor than just chili. Maybe some ginger?

    2. 5 stars
I’ve tried it too! Such a good base, and chili flakes work wonders! 👌

  45. User avatar ALTplusF4 says:

    5 stars
So simple but it tastes way better than I expected. The garlic + soy combo is perfect. Will make again!

  46. User avatar wellRespected says:

    2 stars
Tried it but added some chili flakes for heat. It was decent but needs something more. Maybe some meat?!

  47. User avatar Etta Pagac says:

    5 stars
I used cabbage from my garden and it made a differnce! Yummy stuff!!

    1. User avatar gertrud.rice2008 says:

      5 stars
That’s awesome! Fresh veggies always taste better. I gotta try my own garden cabbage next time! 🌱

    2. User avatar Shadowfax says:

      3 stars
Really? Cabbage from the garden? I dunno if that makes a huge difference, but glad you enjoyed it.

  48. User avatar Duncan Idaho says:

    2 stars
I don’t really get the soy sauce here—like, won’t it overpower? It tasted okay, just not my vibe.

  49. User avatar leisha.emmerich15 says:

    1 star
Yuck! I didn’t like it at all. The combination just didn’t work for me. Sorry!

  50. User avatar jarod.witting says:

    2 stars
Not sure about this one. Cabbage and noodles? Sounds weird.

  51. User avatar antwan.walker77 says:

    2 stars
Not gonna lie, I’m skeptical of cabbage + noodles without anything else (like bacon). But it was actually decent—would add protein next time.

    1. User avatar joane.mckenzie says:

      4 stars
I totally get the bacon skepticism 😅 but honestly the soy sauce helps a lot. Next time adding a fried egg or even some chicken would bump the protein right up.

    2. User avatar frank.bauch98 says:

      2 stars
Wait… no meat at all? I tried it and it tasted weird to me. Maybe I used too much cabbage? Idk. Still, the garlic smell was on point.

  52. 2 stars
The soy sauce amount feels too small—should be like 2 tbsp if you want it to taste like stir-fry. Otherwise it’s fine.

  53. User avatar valrie.quigley2007 says:

    1 star
Yuck! I really didn’t like this. Cabbage and noodles don’t go together, I think.

    1. User avatar gabriel.mitchell says:

      5 stars
I totally disagree! This dish is such a comfort food for me. Cabbage and noodles are a classic combo!

  54. User avatar Thufir Hawat says:

    4 stars
Yummmm. Very easy. Will cook again.

  55. User avatar roselyn.bergnaum98 says:

    1 star
Boring. Tastes like… buttered cabbage with noodles. Could’ve been faster to just eat leftovers.

  56. 3 stars
Why egg noodles? I feel like this would be even better with rice or udon. Still ate it though lol.

    1. User avatar lorinda.greenfelder says:

      5 stars
Honestly, rice or udon would totally work here—udon especially. I used egg noodles because they get a little chewy and soak up the soy/butter flavor nicely, but your idea sounds even better.

  57. User avatar zackary.skiles5 says:

    5 stars
I was skeptical about how good cabbage + egg noodles could be, but wow—this is way better than I expected.

  58. User avatar sharon.dare2019 says:

    5 stars
I added a splash of sesame oil at the end and it really bumped the flavor. Cook time was spot on for my cabbage.

  59. User avatar forrest.sporer94 says:

    4 stars
Yum! I thought it was a bit bland at first but I added more soy sauce and it was perfect!

  60. User avatar lane.ebert44 says:

Pretty solid weeknight meal. I used a little extra pepper because I like heat, and it didn’t disappoint.

  61. User avatar halflife4 says:

Absolutely delicious! Made it for dinner last night and went back for seconds!

  62. User avatar jeana.hodkiewicz41 says:

Cabbage is so gross. I don’t know who would eat this.

    1. User avatar Gabriella says:

      5 stars
Seriously? Cabbage can be delicious, especially when it’s cooked right! You might change your mind after trying this.

    2. 4 stars
I used to think the same, but fried cabbage is surprisingly good! You should give it another shot.

  64. User avatar samatha.kovacek86 says:

    3 stars
My cabbage didn’t get tender in 5-7 minutes (maybe it was too thick). Still good, just took longer to soften.

  65. User avatar alligator says:

    4 stars
My kids loved it! I added some chicken for protein and it was a hit.

  66. 5 stars
Yum! I added some chicken to it and it was fantastic!

  67. User avatar chieko.paucek45 says:

    4 stars
Quick meal! I made it in under 20 mins. Perfect for busy nights! 🙂

  68. User avatar ray.heathcote13 says:

    4 stars
I’m not usually a cabbage fan, but the garlic + butter combo helped a lot. Next time I might add a pinch of chili flakes.

  69. User avatar willena.bailey says:

    5 stars
This tastes like a lazy takeout meal. Love that it’s mostly pantry stuff and takes less than 20 minutes.

  70. User avatar Noel Hamill I says:

    3 stars
I don’t know about this one. Sounds a bit bland to me. Maybe add some cheese?

  71. User avatar daniel.bernier2000 says:

    5 stars
Super quick weeknight meal. I used pre-minced garlic and it was still fragrant. 10/10 for “make it when tired” energy.

  72. User avatar janis.hane22 says:

    2 stars
Not sure I did it right. I cooked the cabbage too long and it got kinda soft. Flavor was okay anyway.

  73. User avatar jude.runolfsdottir75 says:

    3 stars
Not bad, but mine came out a little bland. I ended up adding more pepper and a bit more salt. Next time I’ll taste as I go.

  74. User avatar vince.schuster says:

    2 stars
Not sure about the egg noodles here. I think rice noodles would’ve been better—mine got a little dry at the end.

    1. 3 stars
Hmm idk. The recipe says it’s only 2-3 mins after mixing the noodles, so they shouldn’t be too dry. Maybe your noodles were overcooked before? Also butter is small amount… could be that. Rice noodles might be softer, but egg noodles are classic to me.

    2. User avatar donella.mayert14 says:

      4 stars
I get what you mean—egg noodles can dry out if they sit too long. I usually toss them in right at the end and keep a splash of soy/water in the pan so they stay glossy. Rice noodles would probably work too, just watch the quick-cook timing.

  75. User avatar antwan.stroman1968 says:

    2 stars
Not my style—no sauce and it felt kind of plain. I added sesame oil and it improved, so maybe I’ll tweak next time.

    1. 5 stars
That makes sense—this recipe is pretty light on sauce by design, so if you want more richness a small drizzle (like sesame oil) can totally level it up. What else did you add or adjust next time—extra soy or maybe a splash of something acidic?

  76. User avatar smartestRedditor says:

    3 stars
I followed it exactly but the noodles felt kinda dry—maybe my cabbage didn’t have enough moisture? Any tips for keeping it saucy?

    1. User avatar Wispmother says:

      4 stars
Totally possible—cabbage moisture varies a lot. Next time, try adding a splash of water (or chicken/veg broth) right after the cabbage goes in, cover for 2 minutes, then finish uncovered so it still browns. Also make sure your noodles aren’t drained too aggressively.

    2. User avatar jose.mitchell2001 says:

      4 stars
Maybe you need more soy or a little more butter? I always add like 1-2 tbsp water and keep it moving so nothing dries out. Also use cabbage that’s not super dry/shredded too thin.

  77. User avatar anthony.koss says:

    5 stars
Very easy! I used pre-minced garlic and it still smelled great. My kids asked for seconds.

    1. 4 stars
Very easy sounds right, but I think 5-7 minutes for cabbage might be short if it’s really thick. I ended up going longer and it was better. Kids still liked it tho!

    2. User avatar roxane.huels says:

      5 stars
Yes!! I made this last week and it was gone fast 😄 The cabbage + soy sauce combo is so good.

  78. User avatar mike.lueilwitz says:

    3 stars
Going to try this but with spaghetti instead of egg noodles! Hope it works!

  79. User avatar keli.krajcik says:

I’m glad your kids enjoy it! It’s super easy and tasty for those busy nights!

  81. User avatar cyril.weimann1992 says:

    2 stars
Cabbage? Seriously? Can’t you use something else? I don’t get the hype.

  82. User avatar rocco.veum53 says:

    5 stars
This dish is so tasty! I added some chicken and it was delicious. Thank you!

    1. User avatar tomas.ruecker33 says:

      2 stars
Seriously? Chicken in cabbage? Seems kinda weird to me… I wouldn’t do that!

    2. User avatar antonia.kutch67 says:

      5 stars
That sounds great! I love adding protein to dishes, makes it more filling. I might try it with chicken too!

  83. 4 stars
Not gonna lie, I burned the garlic for like 30 seconds. It was bitter af. But once I restarted it with fresher garlic, it came out way better.

    1. 5 stars
Oof—yeah, garlic goes bitter fast. 30 seconds can be the difference between fragrant and burnt 😅 Glad you rescued it with fresh garlic!

    2. User avatar laurence.will1968 says:

      2 stars
Wait… you added garlic for 30 seconds? I usually do like 5 minutes or it tastes bland. Maybe that’s why mine never tastes right. Will try your way though.

  84. User avatar edgardo.ruecker says:

    3 stars
I followed it exactly but my cabbage stayed a bit too crunchy after 7 minutes. I think my pan runs cool—would cook a bit longer next time.

    1. User avatar keenan.hauck says:

      3 stars
Hmm… I don’t think it’s the pan temp. Cabbage is just supposed to stay slightly crisp, that’s the texture. 7 minutes isn’t crazy at all.

    2. User avatar geoWizard says:

      5 stars
That makes sense—7 minutes can be a little short depending on how thick your cabbage shreds are and how hot your pan runs. Next time I’d give it the full 5–7 *and* add a little more before mixing in the noodles. 👍

  85. User avatar rich.landlord says:

    2 stars
Meh. 5-7 min for cabbage? Mine was still crunchy at 7. Maybe my pieces were thick.

  86. User avatar Orange Dartwing says:

    4 stars
The timing feels about right, but I think 5-7 minutes for the cabbage depends on how thin you shred it. Mine needed a touch longer.

    1. User avatar blake.hettinger54 says:

      4 stars
I followed it and mine was still crunchy at 5 minutes 😅 I think I shredded it chunky though. Next time I’ll just cook it until it looks tender.

Yeah, I’m with you—the 5–7 minute window is super dependent on how thin the cabbage is. If it’s a little thicker, it definitely wants extra time.

Cabbage is weird, but I gave it a try. It’s okay, I guess. 2 stars.

I totally get it! Cabbage isn’t everyone’s favorite, but this dish is surprisingly good. Just give it a chance!

I’m skeptical about mixing egg noodles with cabbage, but wow—surprisingly good texture. Crunchy-ish cabbage at the edges was great.

  89. 4 stars
Simple, easy, and quick. Perfect for a lazy weeknight meal. Will definitely keep this in my rotation!

Cabbage? Yuck! I’d rather have pizza any day. No thanks.

I used to think like you! But, fried cabbage is actually super tasty! You might be surprised if you give it a chance.

Easy peasy, love it. Even my picky brother ate it without complaining!

I did not like the texture of cabbage. Maybe use brocolli next time? 3/5.

Eh. It’s alright. Just tasted like butter and soggy noodles. 1.

    1. 5 stars
I totally disagree! This recipe is amazing. The flavors blend so well together! Maybe you didn’t cook it right?

    2. 2 stars
Honestly, it kinda sounds boring. Just cabbage and noodles? I was expecting something better. 🤷‍♂️

  94. User avatar aaron.gaylord24 says:

Delish! I added some bacon bits & it was bomb! Highly recommend!

  95. 5 stars
The instructions are clear, and my cabbage actually got tender without turning mushy. Good weeknight meal.

Yum! Easy and quick dish. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

  97. User avatar josphine.mraz53 says:

Quick and delicious, but can we add more flavor? Maybe some chili flakes?

  98. User avatar Frostbite Spider says:

    5 stars
Simple, hearty, and honestly way more flavorful than I expected. The garlic + soy combo is the best part.

  99. User avatar dewayne.zemlak61 says:

Confused why it’s called ‘Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles’—no egg involved. Still tasty, but the name threw me.

This is such a simple recipe! I added a bit of soy sauce and it was perfect. 5 stars!

Simple and tasty. I added a little extra soy sauce and a pinch of chili flakes. Would make again.

Not sure about the garlic amount—1 clove was barely noticeable. Also I think 5-7 minutes for cabbage is too short if you like it really tender.

    1. User avatar anonymous_hacker says:

      5 stars
I totally get you on the garlic! I started with 1 clove too and it was kinda subtle. I now do 2 cloves (or 1 big one) and it tastes much more balanced.

  103. User avatar Barry Manilow says:

    2 stars
I followed it but I think I used the wrong noodles? Like they were too soft and kinda fell apart. Still edible tho.

  104. 3 stars
Nice recipe, but I burnt the garlic. Watch it closely!

  105. User avatar oren.friesen30 says:

This is too simple, anyone can make this. Where’s the challenge?

  106. 4 stars
I love cabbage. Great recipe! Will make again for sure.

I’m not sure about the egg noodles amount—1 cup felt like a lot compared to 2 cups cabbage. Still edible though, just more noodle-y than I expected.

  109. 5 stars
Tried this tonight and it was surprisingly good—simple but flavorful. The soy sauce really ties it together.

    1. User avatar suspiciousCommentator says:

      5 stars
Totally agree—wasn’t expecting much but the soy sauce makes it taste way more “done” than it should. Will make again!

  110. 5 stars
Made this tonight—so simple but it tastes way better than I expected. The soy sauce really ties it together.

  111. 5 stars
Fast and comforting. I used pre-minced garlic and it still worked. Would make again for sure.

    1. 5 stars
Yesss—pre-minced garlic is such a lifesaver. Glad it still tasted great!

  112. User avatar krystina.ohara60 says:

Tried it exactly as written and it came out tasty, but a bit bland for me. Next time I’ll add some chili flakes.

  113. User avatar Arwen Evenstar says:

Not so sure about this combination, but I gave it a shot. It was okay.

    1. User avatar The Allitnils says:

    2. User avatar Trin Tragula says:

I thought the same at first, but it turned out surprisingly good! The crunch of the cabbage with the noodles is nice.

  114. User avatar Shadout Mapes says:

Mine came out a little bland at first, but once I adjusted the salt/pepper it was great. The cook times were pretty spot on.

  115. User avatar cherrie.cummerata52 says:

The soy sauce amount felt small. Like 1 tsp disappeared on my tongue. Next time I’ll do 2 tsp or add a bit of oyster sauce.

    1. User avatar Torchbugs says:

      4 stars
I actually liked the mild flavor, but yeah it depends on the soy sauce brand. Some are super salty. If you’re adding oyster sauce too, maybe start with a little less soy so it doesn’t get too salty.

    2. User avatar collen.wisoky9 says:

      5 stars
Totally get that—1 tsp soy feels like it barely shows up. I’d try 2 tsp (or a splash more at the end) and taste as you go. Oyster sauce sounds like a great boost too.

  116. User avatar rudolph.aufderhar14 says:

    3 stars
Not bad, but I think it needs more salt than the recipe says. I ended up adding another pinch and pepper at the end.

  117. User avatar The Allitnils says:

I love cabbage dishes, but this one needed more color. Threw in some shredded carrot and it turned out way better.

  118. User avatar elias.oberbrunner says:

Is this supposed to be healthy? Because it tastes way too good to be! 😂

Haha, right? Sometimes healthy food can taste better than junk! 😄

  119. User avatar valentin.legros71 says:

    3 stars
This tasted a little bland to me—could be because my soy sauce was mild. I ended up adding extra pepper and it improved a lot.

  120. 4 stars
The steps are easy, but I wish there was an option for protein. Like how is this not better with bacon or tofu? Still, good weeknight base!

  121. User avatar Kirk West says:

kinda mid… cabbage is good but noodles got a little stuck to the pan. Next time more butter? lol

  122. User avatar Treebeard says:

    2 stars
I’m skeptical about the egg noodles staying good in a skillet. Mine got slightly mushy, but the taste was decent. Maybe cook the noodles less next time?

  123. 4 stars
I followed it mostly, but I used a bit more soy sauce and added a sprinkle of chili flakes. Great comfort food—quick too.

  124. User avatar tonisha.wilderman46 says:

    5 stars
The garlic step is key. Mine smelled amazing after a minute, and the whole skillet tasted like comfort food.

  125. User avatar liberal.hero says:

    4 stars
My noodles stuck a little in the skillet because I used a nonstick pan that’s seen better days 😅 Still tasted good though.

  126. User avatar isaias.sporer99 says:

Couldn’t find “freshly ground” pepper, so I used regular ground. Honestly it still worked, just less punchy.

  127. User avatar may.paucek2017 says:

    2 stars
Not sure why, but mine came out a bit bland. Maybe my garlic was too old? Still ate it all.

    1. User avatar ward.lind71 says:

      4 stars
Maybe you didn’t cook it long enough? 5-7 min for cabbage can vary a lot depending how thick you slice it. Mine gets way better when I let it get a little browning on the edges.

    2. User avatar Mrs. Marcel Crona says:

      4 stars
I’ve had that happen too—usually it’s the soy sauce + seasoning not being enough. Try adding a little more soy (or even a splash of sesame oil) and taste at step 5. Garlic usually isn’t the only culprit.

  128. User avatar rueben.kessler says:

    4 stars
Honestly, pretty good for how simple it is. Next time I might add a splash more soy sauce and maybe a pinch of chili flakes for some kick.

  129. User avatar annmarie.langworth72 says:

    3 stars
This is fine but kinda bland for me. The soy helps, but next time I’m adding onion or maybe chili flakes.

  130. User avatar adam.connelly says:

    5 stars
This was surprisingly tasty for such simple ingredients. The garlic aroma is on point, and the cabbage stays nice and tender. Will make again!
