Love this recipe!
This is the best meatloaf recipe i ever tried! 😍 yum!
Eww, I don’t get why you’d put mustard in the glaze. That’s just wrong! I give it 1 star.
Dis didn’t work for me at all. It fell apart as soon as I took it out of the pan.
Why do we need so much ketchup? Just feels like a lot. Not sure about this.
I use a jar of Heinz Cocktail Sauce for my glaze and I only use half the jar for the glaze. The other half, I omit the 1/4 cup ketchup in the meat mixture and use the other half of the Heinz Cocktail sauce.
That’s a great suggestion! 😊 We always love to hear alternatives to our recipes.
I tried this recipe, but it fell apart when I sliced it. Maybe too many breadcrumbs? Not sure I’ll make it again.
I don’t know, I made it and mine turned out fine. Maybe you mixed it too much? Meatloaf needs a gentle touch!
Sorry to hear that! Maybe use less breadcrumbs next time or add an egg for more binding? Might help it hold together better.
Sounds good but I don’t like worchestershire sauce. Can I leave it out?
Meatloaf is just so bland… I just dont understand why people like it so much. 😒
I tried it and it came out dry 😕 I baked at 350 like it says, but my loaf was smaller so it probably overcooked. Still, the glaze was tasty.
This is “best glaze”?? I found it just like regular ketchup stuff. Maybe I’m missing something, but it didn’t wow me. Wouldn’t ruin it, but probably not my go-to.
I think my meatloaf was too dry…might’ve cooked it too long? Not sure if I’ll try again.
Don’t give up! Maybe try checking the internal temp next time. It helps a lot!
This was a huge hit at my house! The glaze is to die for!
Best meatloaf I’ve made in years! Thank you so much!
I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. I added some diced bell peppers for extra flavor!
Sounds delicious! I love that you added bell peppers. I bet it gave it a nice crunch!
Not as easy as it looks. Took longer than I thought. 🙁
I get it! Sometimes those easy recipes are trickier than they seem. What part took you the longest?
Meatloaf is supposed to be easy! You must’ve been overthinking it. Just mix and bake, right? 🤔
Yummy but too sweet for my taste! Next time, less brown sugar?
My husband said he wanted more mutton, so I made it with lamb. Not quite the same though!
Meatloaf? Isn’t that just leftover meat? 😂
Best recipe ever! My grandma makes it with secret ingredients but this one is pretty close. Love it! 😍
Ehh. tbh I expected better. Not for me.
Really? I thought it was pretty basic. Meatloaf is really just ground meat in a pan, right? Not much to it.
I loved it! The glaze made all the difference, I thought it was delicious!
Glaze tasted too sweet for me. Next time I’ll use less sugar!
This meatloaf was so easy to make! My family loved it, especially the glaze. Will be making it again!
So glad to hear it was a hit! We had it too, but my kids picked out the onions. LOL!
Ew, too much ketchup! I hate ketchup on meat. How can people like this?
Meatloaf is a classic! Cooks like my grandma’s but with a twist.
I was skeptical about 1 cup breadcrumbs with only 2 lb beef, but it actually held together well. The resting time helps—didn’t rest once and it was crumbly.
Just average, I think my mom’s meatloaf is better. But the glaze is nice. 🤷
But you gotta admit, the glaze is pretty good, right? I might just use that on my own recipe!
I totally get that! My grandma made the best meatloaf too, but I think the glaze here gives it a nice twist! 😋
This meatloaf is incredible! The glaze gives it such a nice flavor. Will make again for sure!
This recipe is okay, but I think it needs more spice and flavor. Maybe some italian herbs? Idk. 3 stars.
I totally agree, some Italian herbs would really elevate this dish! A sprinkle of oregano or basil would be delicious!
