Made these last night—so juicy and the sauce is super flavorful. I used a little extra garlic because why not. 400°F worked perfectly for me.
I didn’t have honey, so I used maple syrup. Still turned out good!
I think maple syrup might change the flavor too much! But glad it worked for ya. I love this recipe!
Maple syrup? That’s interesting! But I dunno if it taste the same. I’d stick with honey next time.
I love how fast this is. It tastes like takeout but without the price. I served it with rice and broccoli and it was a full meal.
I’m not a chef, so maybe I’m missing something, but these meatballs just didn’t taste like I wanted. Too sweet or something.
My kids loved them! They even asked for seconds. It’s a winner in my house. 5 stars!
Tried these on a whim. They turned out great, but I forgot the sesame oil. Still yummy! 4 stars.
Good recipe, but I substituted beef for chicken. Still came out tasty!
Wow these are good! I messed up and used soy sauce AND teriyaki sauce (oops) but it still worked. Probably not “authentic,” but delicious.
Not sure about the sweet part. Honey + hoisin + soy was kinda too much for my taste, and the red pepper flakes feel optional. Would make again but reduce honey.
Totally get it—honey + hoisin + soy can be *very* sweet. Reducing the honey is a great call. I might try 1/2 tbsp next time.
Yum! I added some crushed pineapple to the meat mix and it turned out delicious. Great recipe!
Not bad, but the sauce is kind of sweet for my taste. Would reduce the honey or add more vinegar. Also, 400°F seems high—mine browned quickly.
These meatballs are delicious! The teriyaki sauce has such a great flavor!
These meatballs are a game changer! So tender and packed with flavor! Will make them again for sure. 🍗😊
Baked chicken meatballs AND teriyaki sauce? Why didn’t I think of this sooner! Saving the recipe!
Meatballs? I thought this was a chicken recipe. Whatever, they were okay but not my fav. Ever tried them with beef? 😐
I dunno, chicken is better for meatballs, right? Maybe try the recipe again without beef ideas. 😏
Yeah, beef meatballs are good too! But these chicken ones are pretty delicious, trust me. 🌟
Honestly, I found the flavors a bit off. Not as good as I hoped.
These meatballs were a hit at dinner! So flavorful! 😍
Not bad, but I think the soy sauce was too much. I added more honey to balance it out. Still, kinda tasty.
This recipe is too complicated! Just fry the chicken! You don’t need all these fancy sauces.
Eew, health things like chicken yuck. I prefer beef.
But chicken can be really good if cooked right! You should try it! 😊
Easy and delicious! Used leftover soy sauce from takeout, no waste! 🌟
I love using leftovers too! This recipe is a winner! 🍽️
Why does everyone always say ground chicken? Chicken is chicken, man.
I didn’t have hoisin sauce so used BBQ sauce instead, it’s not teriyaki anymore lol!
LOL, BBQ sauce? That sounds interesting! Might just have to try that twist!
These meatballs turned out amazing! My family loved them!
Noms!!! I can’t stop eating these! Perfect for meal prep!
I loved them too! I made a double batch, and they were gone in a day. 😋
Nice! Will make it again. My kid loves these meatballs!!!
These meatballs are the bomb! So juicy with amazing flavors. My kids devoured them!
I’m skeptical about mixing breadcrumbs with ground chicken—usually they get weird texture—but these turned out fine. The glaze makes it. Would recommend.
wait so you mix the sauce ingredients twice? like once for the glaze and once in the meatballs? sounds confusing but maybe that’s why it works 🤷♂️
I had the same worry—breadcrumbs + chicken can get kinda mushy—but I’m glad yours came out fine. Gonna try adding more green onion too.
Yesss! Make these meatballies! You’ll love em, super tasty just like at the restraunt! 10/10
I can’t wait to try these! They sound delicious especially with the sauce. Thanks for sharing your excitement!
Are you sure these are like restaurant meatballs? My guess is they’d be too dry. I’ll stick to takeout.
I tried this recipe but found it meh. The meatballs were kinda dry. 🤷♀️
I think it’s important to check the baking time and maybe when you mix the ingredients, don’t forget to add enough moisture. Sometimes ground chicken just needs that extra kick! 🤔
